Process of measuring the quality at the time of production:
At the time of producing the brake disc & drums or any other product R.M.Engineering has system of internal quality measurement system. In which the quality is measured after every operation. For that they are using the following procedure.
This is the procedure of quality checking process in which different chart is used to measure the size and weight. They are also using Total Quality Management system for quality checking.
R. M. Engineering has adopted ISO 2002 quality systems to ensure continuous quality improvement and highest customer’s satisfactions. Proper blending of a high Tech and conventional manufacturing technologies, in house expertise, testing & metrology laboratories and S.Q.C. culture gives us an edge to achieve the highest quality standard, cost competitiveness and shortest supply schedules to satisfy the customer’s needs.
